We accept .ipa files for iOS apps. Your build should be exported for distribution (not development). Make sure to include all required assets and metadata.

After logging in, go to your dashboard and click 'New Scan'. Drag and drop your .ipa file or click to browse. The upload typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on your app size.

Most scans complete within 4 hours. The automated bot scan runs first (15-30 minutes), followed by manual human QA testing (2-4 hours). You'll receive email notifications when each phase completes.

Your Duck Report includes: (1) Executive summary of issues found, (2) Severity ratings for each issue, (3) Step-by-step reproduction instructions, (4) Screenshots and screen recordings, (5) Specific App Store guideline violations, (6) Recommended fixes with code examples where applicable.

Yes! Upload your fixed build for another scan. If you're on a subscription plan, re-scans count toward your monthly quota. Single scan purchases require a new payment.

Basic plan includes 3 scans/month, Pro includes 10 scans/month. Need more? Extra scans are $12 each and billed immediately when you start the scan.

Yes! Upgrade anytime and get immediate access to new limits. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unused scans don't roll over.

Yes, with conditions. See our Refund Policy for details. TLDR: Full refund if we fail to deliver, prorated refund within 7 days for unused subscriptions, free re-scan if you followed our report and still got rejected.

Common causes: (1) File too large (max 2GB), (2) Network timeout (try again), (3) Invalid .ipa format (re-export from Xcode), (4) Corrupted file (re-download from App Store Connect). If issues persist, contact support with your upload ID.

Make sure you're logged in with the same account that initiated the scan. Reports are available for 90 days after scan completion. If you still can't access it, contact support.

Yes! Any .ipa exported for distribution will work. Both App Store and TestFlight builds use the same review guidelines, so our scan applies to both.

Yes. Your builds are encrypted in transit and at rest. We scan in isolated environments, never share your code, and auto-delete builds after 30 days. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Only you and your team members (if you've invited them to your workspace). We never share reports with third parties. Reports are encrypted and access-controlled.

No. We don't run your app's analytics or tracking code. We only test functionality, UI/UX, and compliance with App Store guidelines.
